Emergency Clothing
This is an ongoing collection of clothing to be used in the Emergency Department at our local hospital in situations where patients (adults and children) who arrive for care and need to have clothing removed.
In some instances clothing needs to be removed, cut off to provide care, or it may be too soiled or damaged, leaving the patient without something (shirts, skirts, pants, etc.) to wear home at the end of their care.
Emergency Room staff will offer these donations of clothing to these patients so that they have something to wear home. Offering them one less thing to have to worry about while providing compassion and diginity at the end of a difficult situation.
Clothing is collected at the church. Please ensure that it is clean and not damaged.
